In this course, you will undertake a series of challenges to help you develop your skills and technique as an Engaging Leader. Each challenge will give you an easy to apply tip to connect with and engage your team.
The challenges are presented one at a time - each becoming available on its assigned day. Don't worry if you miss a day for any reason. The challenges will remain available once they appear and you can revisit any challenge at any time.
The challenges include activities such as recognising your team members, putting engagement on the agenda, self assessing whether you are an engaging leader, building trust, creating a feedback culture and many more.
On each day of the challenge you will have access to a new video and downloadable document explaining the challenge.
Your Instructor
Nigel is the Founder of etimes2 ltd. He is an Organisational Psychologist with over 23 years international experience developing engaging leaders in the Private, Public and Not-for-Profit sectors.
Away from business, he is the proud father of four beautiful daughters and loves spending family time in the great outdoors (with Indy, our Labrador padding along as well, of course!)
